Therapy For Sensitive, Creative, And neurodivergent Adults

I specialize in helping you navigate a world that wasn’t designed for you.

Highly sensitive, deeply curious, and neurodivergent individuals navigate a world that operates with neurotypical norms and expectations. When you live your entire life unaware that you are neurodevelopmentally different than your neurotypical peers it creates significant mental, emotional, and physical distress.

Being highly-sensitive, gifted, and/or neurodivergent is not something to “fix” or treat. It is who you are, and that is a beautiful thing.

My best fit clients tend to be…

Intense creatives

You likely have a vast range of interests and would rather spend your days deeply committed to your creative ideas and projects. Your creative drive might feel like a blessing and a burden, especially if struggle with actualizing your creativity, navigating burnout or the challenges of accomplishing daily tasks.

Complex thinkers

You possess an insatiable curiosity and an intense desire to learn. You may struggle with balancing your intense curiosity with the need for rest. Deep thinkers often struggle in their careers and work environments. This lack of feeling challenged and stimulated can lead you to feel deeply unsatisfied and wildly unfulfilled.

Driven visionaries

You have big beautiful visions for the collective. Gifted visionaries tend to be entrepreneurial and need to create things that have never before existed. Your intensity might be energizing on some days while leaving you drained and feeling like an imposter on other days. Perfectionism and high standards can often get in the way of your big vision.

ifs Therapist

I hold many identities as I am sure you do too. We are complex beings, of multiple minds and so much more than the dominant culture acknowledges. As a late-diagnosed Autistic/ADHD/Gifted being, I understand what it is like to live the majority of your life masked — wondering why you feel so different and challenged in areas that others seem to navigate with ease.
