daughter of Diane, granddaughter of Jean and Elizabeth, and great granddaughter of the Cailleach Bheur. My People come from the lands now known as Washington, North Carolina, Kentucky, by way of Ireland, Scotland, England, Germany, and Scandinavia.
My way of being in the world is informed through animism, ritual, myths, and an evolving relationship with my ancestors.
I am a licensed mental health counselor with a background in relational trauma. Most recently, I am working with the native Tewa people of the northern pueblos, on lands now known as New Mexico, to help facilitate healing from trans-generational trauma and addiction.
I am committed to cultural healing practices that are rooted in animism, are feminist and consent-based, LGBTQ inclusive, anti-racist, and are pro-economic justice, with an overall ethic of decolonization. As a practitioner of ancestral healing, I adhere to the the code of ethics upheld by our emerging fellowship, you can read more here >> Ethics
I continue to deepen my training through advanced teachings and mentorship by Dr. Daniel Foor of Ancestral Medicine. I’d love to connect with you and share this profound work to help you transform ancestral burdens and embody the gifts of your people.

"My ancestral healing session with Adrienne Sloan supersedes other work I have done with mediums and trance-workers in the past. I think this is because Adrienne has true compassion, and really identifies with your experience from her perspective. This work is truly a passion of hers. In effort to minimize harm toward cultures to which we do not belong, all the while recuperating the traditions and the beauty of our own lineages, Adrienne empowers her clients to reclaim themselves, for their ancestors. We all carry trauma and breakages across our lineages. I believe all of our ancestors wish to be heard and acknowledged. Once we can pass through barriers and learn about them, to actually witness them and hear their wisdom, we can begin to reclaim their traditions which can truly aid us in our magical practices. Adrienne holds the space with warmth and non-judgement to truly make a divine connection."
